Project Bikini Body [July]

Yes....I'm still going with my challenge.
Even though Aljay dropped out.
Even though I've yoyo'd like crazy. 
Even though I fail at taking pics. 
Even though I keeeep trying but stiiillll look da same. 
I don't care.
I'm going to keep on keeping on. 
Keeping a "journal" does help me.
So here we go.


WEEK 1
M  7/3  Leg Day- leg machines, 1 mile walk
T  7/4  Swimming
W  7/5  Morning Walk, Lifting boxes at work
Th 7/6  Sick :(
F  7/7  Birfdaaayyy Heeeeyyy! 
S  7/8  Full body weight training, DR core

Ok. End of Week 1. Not bad, not great. 
But my birthday has passed and now it's time to clean up my eating!


WEEK 2
M  7/10  30 min Xtrain, DR core
T  7/11  
W  7/12  12 min booty workout (morning) 
Th 7/13  
F  7/14  30 min cardio
S  7/15 

We tried to eat healthy this week. Aljay wanted me to go extreme and only have meat and veggies (no carbs, no fruit, no nuts, no nottin). But I decided to stick to moderation and low carbs. Extremes don't work when we never meal plan or prep.

SO far. Feeling good. My main priority is to work on my core (DR) and continue the cardio and strength training. 



WEEK 3
So my weekend eating sucked. Aljay fell off again with his eating which meant I fell off as well. 

Goals for this week:

- no sugary drinks

- workout 4 times
- 3 DR core workouts


M  7/17 woke up late
T  7/18 found out [@ 6:30am] that parents were arriving [@ 7am] 
W  7/19 Worked 5:30am-3pm, grocery shopped, & RS Activity 
Th 7/20 Worked another long day & came home exhausted.
F  7/21 Short day at work, but I'm still soooo tired
S  7/22 

This was a tough week. I've been sooooo tired lately.

WEEK 4
M  7/24 Oh ok. So I'm pregnant. That explains a lot. 
T  7/25 Just. So. Tired.
W  7/26 I'm calling it.
Th 7/27 Exercise is not happening this week.
F  7/28 Nausea is real.
S  7/29 Fatigue is real.

Alrighty then...well....I'm pregnant...we'll put that fit body dream on hold for the next year :(.

 So I think I'll have to switch it up just a little bit now that I'm going to have some adjustments to do with my fitness goals!!!

Hoiiiiiiii.....what a never ending cycle!!! LOL
