WEEK 1
M 5/1 FHE activity- We took the rugby ball and went to the middle school field and got a good run with the kids. I did some leg workouts afterwards so YAY!

Th 5/11 Sandra I got my birth control removed!! YAY!
So curious to see how things go this time around with that little rod removed! Like will I lose weight faster because it's out or will it be a mental thing? Like all of a sudden I think my workouts are more effective because I know that it's out? Anyways....i think there must be some sorta psychological effects because....
how about Aljay is all of a sudden back on the fit train hahaha. Cuz my birth control was somehow holding him back??! lol. But he's back on so I'm happy.
So today I'm at 202lbs. <<<<Starting weight
And in 7 weeks I want to enter my 30's weighing 187lbs. <<<<GOAL
That averages to losing 2 lbs a week.
Lesssss gooooooooo!!!!
but like start on Monday LOL it's Mother's day weekend and Kako's graduation party on Sat hahhahaha theeeeee struugglllleeee is reallll!!!!

Th 5/18 Aljay got his CPAP mask in the mail (Saleima had ripped up his last one so he hadn't been sleeping with his machine and started falling asleep all over again so we finally ordered another one and it came in yaaaayy!!! It makes such a huge difference!)

Auuriitieee then.....time to recap....bleh
So I'm slowly getting back into the habit of exercising. I'm starting back at square one and it's rough. I lose muscle and gain weight faster than I lose weight. But I'm determined to get back on track. As far as eating....I just need to be better (duh). For me, working out tends to make me want to eat healthier...so I need to at least start being more active.
I turn 30 in a month and I want to celebrate feeling 30, flirty, and thriving!!!! hhahha Well at least feeling confident in my body. Plus I want to reward myself by shopping for new clothes (yes pleaz..cuz I'm long over due!!)
Aljay isn't quite ready to start up again. If you couldn't tell. He's feeling the sluggish-flabby-getting old-need-to-workout-feeling but he isn't ready to re-commit. He's an ALL IN or nothing type of workout person. So he's playing the "wait til we have have money" and "wait till the house sells" and wait wait wait game. Whatever....he has his ways and I have mine.
So May....

Anyways....JUNE I'm ready!
