Operation Get Fit: Week 16-20

OPERATION GET FIT!!!!!!

Fitness Log

Week 16-

Mon- Don't even ask where the previous weeks have gone....down the toilet they went for sure! Anyways...back on the train. Went to the gym today and walked/jogged. It felt good.  Weighed myself and I had gained back my weight. 196lbs. Did NOT feel good about that. I'm back at square one. Someone shoot me.

Tue- Zumba zummbaaa

Wed- Pilates and core work. (DR safe)

Thurs- 10 min HIIT in the morning. 17:46 mile + 10 min stepmaster at the gym. weighed myself again and I'm at 193lbs. I wanted to do a happy dance but I was at the gym so I played it cool until I got to the car hahaha.

Fri- Rest day. Kind of. We went out to dinner for Aljay's pre-birthday. Viiga gave me quite a workout while we were waiting to go in to eat.

Week 17-

Tues- walk/jog

Danng....it's been one those weeks. So busy!

Week 18-

Mon- Memorial day. Started the day with a 5k. Heo yessss we did!!!! That's right...I got Aljay to come and walk/jog it with me. And since Sally girl is stubborn with the bottle, she came along too! Half the family out and doing healthy things before 10am!!! Woonnnderrfulll!!! Then swimming all afternoon :)


Thurs- run and step master....uugghh I have such a love/hate relationship with the step master!

Week 19-

Mon- walk/jog

Wed- 20 min cardio. hour long Zuumbaaaa. I cannot even begin to explain how unco I am! Oh em! side note-- I would love to take Latin dance classes some day!

Week 20-

GOAL FOR THIS WEEK>>  Get to 190lbs

I'm at 192 lbs. I know muscle weighs more than fat and I really should just worry about the fat % and measurements but it would be realllly nice to get to at least 189lbs. GUMMMONNNNN SANNDDDRAAAAA GET IN THE ZOOONNEEEEEEE!!!!

Mon- 15 min zumba (was going to be an hour until life happened #thankskids) but later in the evening we did leg exercises--not sure what to call it cause it was Aljay's fai mea pepelo kine workout hahahah but hey we did some sort of exercise!

Wed- 10 min lower body Tibata HIIT

Thurs- got to go to the gym yay! got a good sweat on all the leg machines. I walked out feeling so jiggly.

Fri-  We're doing a plate sale so I know for sure I won't have time to go gym today, and I'll be wasted tomorrow so I'm gonna call it a week and weigh myself.

*going to the scale now....

and I'm 191 lbs lol.

and that concludes week 20 hahahah.


SO WHERE AM I NOW?

 I'm doing much better emotionally hahaha cause I was really feeling down at around week 16 and 17. But it's all good.  20 weeks down and 32 weeks to go!!!! Almost to the halfway mark.

We have my family's reunion in a few weeks which is really pushing me to keep moving cause I like be skinny hahahah Every chance I do go to the gym I sing this in my head...

"going to the gym! going to be thin!gotta win win! cause i wanna be thin!" 


not even lying. I sing it to myself while I run hhahahahah...

eh no need. I still look the same from the last time hahahahhaha. I was thinking to myself
 "self? should i even keep journal-ing this journey-thing?" but frek I'm in too deep ahhahaha...nah...it's motivating....irrits though cause I look back and I'm like...dang 20 weeks and I don't even feel like my silhouette has changed much. but it has.....not as drastically as I want but eh I can be patient lol....
