- 3 intensives (Mutu)
- 4 core (Mutu)
5/29 It's Friday and I haven't done a single thing on my goal list. Swear words!!!
6/2 It's Tuesday. New week. Another chance to start again. I can do this!
6/7 It's Sunday. Wanna know what I did last week? 1 intensive. That's it. OK...let's try this again.

On top of that, I can feel myself getting bloated again and sluggish from all the feelings i've been eating. Time to wake it up and change it up!!!
