Here we go again!
Back on that fitness/healthy living/body upgrade train again!

Like sometimes I wonder why I even try LOL
but then I see my kids, my husband, and my throwback skinnier pics
and whoop there it issssss!!!

My family is worth the effort!
And hey some am I!
So let's just cut to the chase shall we?
2 week Post Partem: 210 lbs woohoo! was feeling so real!
6 week post partem: 215 lbs weh! what happened? hahah
Goals:
- Get under 200 lbs by when? I dunno...by December would be nice :)
- Find my collar bone, jaw bone, and hey! my muli would be nice too lol
- Lose the chins and my Mommy tummy.
- Fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes mostly my tops.
- Be consistent in working on my core and closing the ab gap (diastasis recti)
I'm pretty sure my goals will get better (measurable, specific, attainable, blah blah blah) as I self assess each month.
Some of my Non-scale victories:
- I was able to get my wedding ring off about a week after giving birth lol
- Was able to fit into my normal shoes again
*okay not like i actually did anything...these are result of giving birth but I'll take it!
