A 52 Week fitness journey
Week 15 went down the toilet lol
WEEK 26
Mon- still sick...at about 80%
Tues- you know what....lets just call this a bye week. Bye week!
Sat-
I've made my decision.
I'm gonna do it. I'm just going to suck it up, be a mad man and do it! I'm talking meal prep, 3 meals a day, 2 snacks, aim for clean healthy eating, proper portions, exercise 5 days a week. JUST DO IT ALREADY!!! I have alll the salmon in the fridge so why the heck not! I forreals am just tired of being fat, feeling blubbery, and my entire mid range (waist/stomach area) is really killing me, especially when I have to get dressed every day. UGHhhhh.....
WEEK 27
Today is August 1st. It's a new week, new month. After the past few weeks of destroying everything I've been trying to do, I've decided to recommit myself to....
Sat- got about 15 mins of zumba in until baby started crying....went another two minutes before she was screaming her head off...switched to a "baby and mommy" workout lol she loved it!...that lasted about 10 minutes before she was happy again..then i set her down on the floor again and finished my zumba ...wanted to do weights but by then it was kaele and moe time for the two littles.
WEEK 28
Mon- what happened here?
Tue- and here?
Wed- it's already Wednesday? well umm...ok. i weighed in this morning at home 185lbs!! but i'm not fully convinced. I still question the accuracy of our home scale. So we'll see if I'm still celebrating after I step on the gym scale.

WEEK 29
Mon- 15 min posture fixing workout #thanksyoutube (cause I have bad posture), 5 min Mom and Baby workout
Tues- BBG Leg workout. I wanted a good leg workout and BBG delivered...and some. BBG you killed me. Took me an hour to do what is supposed to be a 28 min workout. You win BBG. #neveragain #abouttopassout #again #notpregnant #justoutofshape
WEEK 30
ummm....started my job, Leila started school, Aljay is officially our chauffeur and how about I have just been tired allllll week. More so mentally than anything.
WEEK 31
Mon- workout done!
Wed- got in a quick 8 min HIIT workout before work and it killed me
So where am I now?
Well...here's where I started in February.
And here is where I am now-- ending August.
So yeah not that much of a difference lol. I don't even know what my weight is. probably because I don't even want to know...eeeegh
I should probably try taking better pics too lol but anyways....
uuggh....I'm right here. Still trying....still far from my goals....like waaaayy far. But a journey it is and a journey it will continue to be.

Today is August 1st. It's a new week, new month. After the past few weeks of destroying everything I've been trying to do, I've decided to recommit myself to....
- working out 5 days out of the week
- PUSH MYSELF each time!!!!
- staying accountable- blogging and msging the family
- eating healthy
- 3 meals, 2 snacks
- treat day is Sunday
- proper portions
- meal prepping
- no juice or soda, easy on the milk and dairy
- water water water
- If circumstances prohibit me from eating healthy (like we are invited to someone's bbq, or party, or whatever) do my best to eat healthy and proper portions
- the ultimate goal is just to find that balance so that I'm not hating my "diet" but still being reasonable and making good choices and getting FITabulous!
ALRIGHT WEEK!!!! YOU GONNA GET IT!!!!!
Mon- weigh in--- 191 lbs. workout- leg day. nuff said. #sorelegstomorrow
Tues- zumba
Wed- rest. my legs cannot even handle right now.
Thurs- didn't get in a workout. Wanted to punch myself because I was sooooo on a roll this week. BUT it's ok. I had quite a tedious to do list and completed everything!!!! Not to mention I got a job interview woohoo! and I have a test I have to take for a USPS job I'm also applying for. So no I didn't get my workout in, but I did have a very productive day. aaannnd I did get up and out and about.
Fri- started doing some core work.....at home. Which means I didn't get a good workout. Kids crawling under me, climbing on top of me, asking me questions, hooiiiiiiii....mentally its more exhausting. So I stopped (because I wanted to lock all the kids in their room...don't worry I didn't) and took the kids outside and we played. The struggle is surreal.
I swear I try to wake up early and get my workouts done then, but since the kids are asleep I end up getting things done like cleaning, family finances, job hunting/filling out applications, planning for Mom's retirement party......but mostly laundry and dishes hahha. anyways..I'm venting/ranting/complaining/justifying/explaaaaiinnning it/ whatever you want to call it.

p.s. My eating has been ok portion wise. We haven't done any grocery shopping sooooo our meals aren't always balanced or completely healthy...but we do what we can...beggars can't be choosers lol #brokepeopleproblems

RECAP-----wow so that DE-escalated real quick!!! hahah What happened to all the hype? LOL I was sooooo pumped and then that very week I was already going downhill hooiiiiiiiii how quick I am to get dedicated and re-committed and then boom kananz cannot even hang! That's what Monday's are for yeah!!??!?! hahahah Well on the bright side, we've finally gone food shopping. We're a bit more excited to eat healthy.
