Weightloss Journey | March 2021

 March fitness was very very much a struggle. I keep thinking..uuuughh why bother even journaling? Buuuut it's part of the journey and I need to hold myself accountable. So here we are. 

Right so....the top pics (wearing red) were from two months ago I think? 
And the green ofu pics were from 3/31/2021.
I'm about 220lbs in both lol

JOURNAL

Week 1 - this was a tough week. No workouts. This is the week of Harrison's passing and funeral services. A lot of no sleep and soda to get us through. 

Week 2 

3/11 Thurs - The fatigue and exhaustion from the previous week definitely overflowed into this week. It was rough trying to get back into the routine, but yesterday I meal prepped so there's that! lol

Week 3

3/16 Tues 

- Attempted step at home and the two youngest were not having it. Just let me be great sheesh! 

- Also, my body clock is off. Day lights savings was on Sunday, meaning we moved time up an hour. Which means we now have more daylight during the day. It probably screwed up my rhythm cuz I've been so tired during the day and fully awake at night. I hate it! Anyways...trying to get back into a rhythm. 

- oh and you know what doesn't help??? Aljay and I went on a spontaneous date last Saturday and tried out an Argentinian grill. We had empanadas, bone marrow, crusty bread and chimichurri for appetizers. For our main dish we did a meat platter of short ribs, Portuguese sausage, blood sausage, skirt steak, tripe, and rice on the side. Yeah never again letting Aljay order again like that. The food was bomb but we ate so much fatty stuff that we both felt sick afterwards. It's Tuesday and I feel like my digestive system still hasn't recovered. 

Week 4

3/22 Mon - played pickleball, feeling really sluggish and bleh all over again. Starting allll over again!

3/24 Wed - pickleball

3/25 Thurs - boxing (RS activity lol)

3/26 Fri - Step

3/29 Mon - aaand I'm sick. Sinus cold. No fun. 

3/30 Tues - Feeling better. Yay! Started my ma'i booooo lol. 

3/31 Wed - 15 mins step
