Love these little people :)

Leila (7), Iosefa (6), Viiga (3), Saleima (1)

Sick Babies
We ended September and entered October with sick babies. Saleima was first with fever and ear infection and once she was better, Viiga picked up a cold. Unlike his little sister, Viiga is one hammah! He doesn't like being sick and is almost in denial hahahah But he handles it a lot better than Saleima. But we've been nursing them back to good health and they are doing well!

The two bebes getting some yummy soup with their Daddy.

Parent Teacher Conference
We had parent-teacher conference with Leila and Sefa's teachers the first week of October. Here's what the teacher's had to say about them--

Leila is excelling in all areas. She is an advanced reader, works hard in class, and is an overall great student. YAY Leila!

Sefa is a sweet boy who tries his best. He enjoys class, but needs to work on not yelling across the room. (lol) He is below grade level in reading but he is doing well in Math.

So we are going to work on reading more with Sefa, having Leila read to him as well. We'll also probably have him meet the speech pathologist to assess whether or not he has a speech impediment or not.

I really like both of their teachers. We rewarded them both by getting them some books at the school book fair that was happening at the same time.

Getting Some Fresh Air down Provo Canyon

They are growing up so fast! We can't keep up with them!

Leila

  • 7 years old
  • Is so responsible for her age.
  • She takes care of all her siblings. Changes Saleima's diapers, fights/plays with Sefa, chases after Viiga, and cleans the house like a champ.
  • She loves to read. We bought her a chapter book (a pretty thick one if you ask me) and she has been reading through it like crazy. We're so glad that she loves reading.
  • She's growing like a weed and I feel like we keep having to go up a size every couple of weeks to keep up with her.
  • She loves to have her hair in two braids. Looks super old when she throws her hair up into a tita bun.

Iosefa

  • 6 years old
  • Is Leila's partner in everything- cleaning house, watching the kids, bringing in groceries, watching the two younger babies.
  • He's excelling in math and is working hard to bring up his reading lol He's not as enthusiastic about reading as Leila is. He rather work on his math homework than sit down and read his books.
  • He is still a dancing machine, and a picky eater, and gets lost in his own world.
  • He's still so funny and quick and witty.
  • talks sooo loud!

Viiga
  • 3 years old
  • Our youtube/cartoon addict.
  • Eats mostly anything
  • Still has the best facials. He is just so animated.
  • Most annoying but is so good at using his charm and humor to get out of things
  • Loves to run around outdoors
  • Loves trucks and airplanes
  • Still working on his listening skills
  • Super hard to keep track of when we go to places (he's a runner/wanderer just like how Sefa used to be)

Saleima
  • 23 months (turning 2 in November)
  • Daddy's girl
  • She has her Dad wrapped around her little finger.
  • She is trying more and more to talk.
  • She has such a funny little personality.
  • Always wants milk or juice to drink. Only drinks water if it's the last resort.
  • Loves shoes.
  • Loves to dance (Sefa's dance partner)
  • Loves playing with her siblings.
  • Loves to hug my belly and talk to baby
