Weightloss Journey | April 2021

No pics this time around, just my journal....this was a junky month LOL 

Tues, 4/6 - 15 mins step✅.

 I try to jump on around 11am when Xtreme Hip Hop Step w/ Phil goes live on Youtube...sometimes the babies are on my side, and other times they just want to hang on to me. So I did what I could until Salani was ready for a nap. 

Mon, 4/12 - 40 min cardio

Britt and I went to the gym. I should've taken a picture, but we only had little bit time before Britt had to get back home for work. So it was a half mile walk for me and then the seated bike (don't know what you call it...it's the easier bike lol). 

 Wed, 4/14 - Aqua Aerobics 

This was hilarious. The class was full of all old people hahaha. It was a good workout though! The people made it even better. 

Mon, 4/19 - 1 hour Step ✅

Gotta start up again!😅And make up for all the overeating and sweets I ate last week. But I got it in! woohoo!

Sat, 4/24 - soccer

Leila's soccer game was rescheduled so they had the kids scrimmage the parents. Nothing like a good scrimmage to remind you how out of shape you are. LOL

 LAST WEEK OF APRIL

Goal for this week is to just get my body moving EVERY DAY!!!! And to be intentional about it! Cannot just say "oh we did a lot of walking while running errands" lol 

Mon, 4/26 - 10 min Before Bed Workout

It really was a series of low intensity movements, but HEY I GOT SOMETHING IN!! done by 11:56pm lol

 ✅Tues, 4/27 - 1 hour Step 

 ✅Wed, 4/28 -  Core

 😏Thurs, 4/29 -  Self care day?? LOL 

At the end of a long day of chores, errands, and kids soccer, I put the kids down for bed and then took a nice relaxing salt bath.
