7/20 - I'm annoyed

 I weighed myself a few days ago and decided to delete everything I was "journaling" LOL...cause essentially it was a waaaastte time post of the same thing over and over>> 'Today was great!'  'Today sucked! ' (on repeat). 

Also, when we took the kid's to the trampoline park for Sefa's birthday I decided to do a little jumping....okaaaa. It was really annoying feeling all my weight go up and down with each jump. My knees were also feeling it. And when I had to jump into the foam pit to get Tuli out, I was on the struggle bus trying to get myself out lol. Shame! 

So yeah I'm fed up with myself and the fire within has been reignited. I need to be active and move! AND I need to fuel my body with things that will help be active!!! So here's to another beginning!!!! I might forever be trying and restarting a million times over but who cares. When it comes to being healthy, I'm happy that I am a stubborn quitter. 

So I'm going to go ahead and have a good chat with myself and come back to this post with an action plan.

8/2So here's the action plan!
  • Movement
    • 4 walks a week!
    • 2 intensive movements - either an intensive from Mutu or zumba or really anything that requires my undivided attention for at least 30 mins. 
    • Ab therapy (Mutu) EVERY DAY!!!
  • Eating
    • More veggies/fruits
    • Less rice/bagels/sweets
    • Lower meat and milk
    • STOP the SWEET DRINKS...blardy heck I'm not really a fizzy drink person, but this summer heat got me loving the soda shops
  • Tracking
    • Weekly check in
    • Weigh in at the end of each month. 
  • Weight Goal for end of August 
    • Down 6 lbs
  • Starting Date: Aug 3 (Monday, duh)
For reference, here are my previous weigh ins. I've been weighing in on the 18th of each month, but for journaling purposes I'm going to just weigh in at the end of each month. 

Starting weight:    212lbs (5/18/2020)
Weigh in:              216lbs (6/18/2020) 👀😞😬
Weigh in:              215lbs (7/18/2020)😅😒😑
Weigh in:             97.4kgs (8/2/2020) 

*Someone accidentally switched the setting on our scale so now it reads in kilos instead of pounds. I aint mad though lol.
