Fitness Journal: AUG 2020
Let's have a reminder of the goals shall we...well, more like the goals we started out with at the beginning of the month. Mind you I have adjusted my goals as the weeks have progressed--- Movement 3 walks a week (was 4, but we decided to be more realistic) 2 intensive movements - either an intensive from Mutu or zumba or really anything that requires my undivided attention for at least 30 mins. Ab therapy (Mutu) EVERY DAY!!! Eating More veggies/fruits Less of the bad stuff Weight Goal for end of August: Lose 6 lbs Starting Date: Aug 3 (Monday, duh) Oh and I took some pics!! Finally remembered! And no there isn't any difference after a month. My belly is still so bloated and I cringe at these, but I need to document this. I have faith that I'll get to where I want to be and one day these will make really awesome "before" pics lol. Oh and I'll get better at taking pics lol.
