Nov 20 | Saleima's 4th Birthday
Our diva princess turned 4! See her birthday post here.

Nov 23 | Afele Family Thanksgiving
We had our annual Afele Family Thanksgiving at the Eagle Mountain Chapel. Teuila organized it and had such a beautiful setup. It was so much fun! The kids had all the room to run around and play. The adults worked off some of the food with some basketball and all the food was on point! Such a delicious and fun time with family!

Nov 27 | Frozen 2

Britt treated us to Frozen 2! It was such a cute movie. The kids had so much fun and my favorite part was watching the movie with a theater full of little kids laughing away with the movie.

Nov 28 | Thanksgiving

We had a nice relaxing Thanksgiving at home with Tui, Brittany, and Lahvjal. Poor Aunty Penny was at home sick and unable to keep food down. *Tis the season for flus, coughs, colds, and stomach bugs* The kids had been sick with colds/coughs so we didn't want to take them anywhere or have other people with little kids over. Aljay was also feeling a bit under the weather with his eye/sinus infection, so we were really wanting to take things easy. It was still a very nice evening though.

Tui got us the turkey and helped to pay for the ingredients. Aljay cooked the turkey, sapasui pipi, faalifu kalo, and pisupo. I got to take it easy and took care of the rice, pumpkin crunch, salad, and twist bread (which Leila pretty much did). Britt came through with the bonafee pies and Lahvjal brought potato salad and drinks and all were merry and bright! We ate, knocked out, ate again and watched movies! It was perfect.

We spent the rest of the Thanksgiving weekend recovering, eating leftovers, cleaning house, and just relaxing. Oh and getting some winter shoes for the kids. We had a little snow storm just before Thanksgiving and it will start to snow on and off for a bit now. Our kids have been going through growth spurts so we've had to get them new shoes, pants, and gloves.

Vineyard Elementary | Viking of the Month

The week of the Thanksgiving break Viiga and Sefa stayed home from school since they were sick. Unfortunately Viiga missed getting recognized for being viking of the month. He was able to get his certificate when he returned to school after the break.

So proud of this guy. He thrives at school. He loves his teacher, loves learning, and is always sharing with us the things he is learning. Way to be Viiga!

And here are some photos after we put of the Christmas tree, which we surprisingly did pretty early in them month. We usually set up our tree on Black Friday, but we were feeling the Christmas spirit a little early this month :)

And then some randoms taken throughout the month--
