I got motivated again and started taking pics 👀😂

Also...I've decided that I want to lose 25lbs by my next birthday
 (which is in roughly 9 months).

Wish I could weigh myself, but some kid decided to take the batteries from my scale....they just can't let me be great. #canneverwin Anyways...I figured I'd still take pictures and document the journey.  But by the looks of it...I think I lost a lot of weight from Covid and then quickly gained it back once my taste buds and sense of smell returned. #backatsquare1


JOURNAL

Sat, 10/10 - the first days of the month were junk but I  made it up by hiking the Y lol

Mon, 10/12 - my legs are still sore from hiking...omg.
Tues, 10/13 - 30 min light cardio (youtube). My legs feel like they were rudely awakened on Saturday and are stiiiill fa'ali'i.
Fri, 10/16 - walk

Wed,10/21 - Mutu - Module 3 - Intensive 1

11/2 - Pickleball and walking

Sat, 11/13 - Mutu Intensive, 15 min walk

Tues, 11/17 - Mutu Intensive, Core, 15 min walk

***COVID 19 hits our home....*** 

uuuugh!! I was totally in the zone and doing well to exercise and be mindful of my eating. Then Corona came through and threw me off!! 

and this sickness has been so weird!! Aljay and I have lost most of our sense of smell and taste. Somedays we feel well, then the next day we feel so tired and achy. Aljay has had the chills off and on. I've had body aches off and on, fatigue, and diarrhea. Ew tmi. But I'm still determined to get back into a good habit of exercise. I need all the energy I can get. 

Oh the bright side, not being able to smell or taste has led to less eating. Which is great for me losing weight, but not great for baby's milk supply. Lucky thing Salani is a good eater and susu is now becoming more of a comfort and supplement instead of her main source of food. 


Tues, 12/8 - We are done with our 2 week covid quarantine and now I'm having to get myself back into working out. So I took my progress pic and now have to get my butt going. Starting up again is always the hardest part for me. The goal to lose 25lbs by my next birthday still stands tho!
