Image
And now for the grownups update...cuz like our children, we too are growing bigger and outter and all sorts lol...hopefully somewhere along the way getting wiser and brighter and better each day. *Note to self- take more selfies with your hubby So here's what we've been up to this past month of November... Aljay he's been doing commissioned pieces for people and we've had a few online orders the coolest experience thus far has been meeting the people who purchase his artwork. It really is humbling to hear their stories and how his artwork impacts them. He got involved with Tenelle's creative team and ended up bringing in Lahvjal and Penny to help with the her projects here in Utah so many cool connections were realized through this...soo.. Tilo was Tenelle's make up artist  Tilo is cousins with Moana Ho Ching (and she reached out to Tenelle) Moana is from Pasifika First Fridays and that's how we know her And so Moana really w...

Saleima's 3rd Birthday

Image
Happiest of Birthdays to our Saleima Lupeautino Fuimaono This little dynamite kid is 3!!! Here are some quick facts about this beauty-- For the past year she's been saying that she is 3 (when she really was 2) and when her birthday came we had to check her birthday and double check our math to make sure she really was turning 3 #hadusfooled When she is tired and is ready for a nap she usually says to me "I wanna hooooold you!" And just wants to be held and cuddled. She can be so tender sometimes. Then there's the crazy-Viiga inspired-animalistic side of her that is just cray She is a girly girl with tomboy-like tendencies She had a breakthrough in nursery a few weeks ago. She wouldn't go to nursery for the longest time (without crying) buuuut finally...it happened. She went this past Sunday without any crying or shyness. Her teachers told us that she ate snacks, played, and colored without any problems. Thank goodness! Too bad she has only one ...

Keiki Update

Image
It's been a while since I've done a keiki update.   Let's start with the two oldest. They take care of their little siblings, clean the house, and are pretty decent listeners..  Leila and Sefa LEILA Age 8 | 3rd Grade She's still an awesome student who does well in school. She recently finished reading Matilda during reading time at school, so we watched Matilda for one of our family friday movie nights. She had so much fun watching her books come alive.  she still loves watching tutorials on youtube (makeup, cakes, kid science projects, etc) She's been on a slime kick for a while and has made slime a few times (even though I swear each time that we are never allowing slime in our house lol) still dancing with Ali'itasi..and loves it! yay! She wants to do sports but we can only do one activity right now, so for now it's dance.  She still loves sushi, salmon, shrimp, and all things that are just more expensive than our budget allows ha...

October| Fall Happenings

Image
It got quite chilly over here during the start of October. We transitioned into fall faster than last year. The kids went from wearing shorts and t shirts to long pants and jackets within a few days. Hopefully we get a little more Fall weather and it doesn't end up snowing on Halloween. We're not quite ready for winter. Iafeta's Visit | General Conference Weekend Earlier in the month the Iafeta's were able to stop by for a visit. Neima was on fall break and since it was General Conference weekend, Candace didn't have any meetings or church things to tend to (she's the Relief Society President for her ward..das why haaahhd) We're so grateful that they were able to visit for a few days! The kids had a blast with their cousins. Family Photos My parents left on the 15th for Tutuila again. Their container shipped out a few weeks ago and their truck was shipped out last week. So now they head back to work on the house and tend to the garde...
