Fitness "Updates" | June
umm.....yeah the title of this post is misleading hahahahhah seeing how it's supposedly an "update" buuuuuut I haven't put any effort in my "fitness journey" LOL so really there's nothing to update.
Alright!
SO! Here's where I am now --
Wow, I can only imagine how much more of a change I would've seen if I actually exercised and ate properly since March. But you know what! It's never too late to try again for that summer body! Even if it arrives on the very last day of summer.....of 2019 haha..jk jk
So what this really is...is a restart!!!
Sooooooo....let's set some goals shall we!?!?!?!

WEEK of 6/18 - 6/23 GOALS & Results
what a sad guy!!!
But that's ok. I shall retry again!! After all it is a journey yeah? eh journey so'o lol
Alright!
SO! Here's where I am now --
- WEIGHT: I've been hovering around 220/221 lbs for a while now.
- DIET: poor
- PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: minimal
Here's where I was in March oka...I "started" almost 3 months ago??

- WEIGHT:
start hovering around 219-220lbs weighed in at 220lbs - DIET:
Decrease carbs, increase veggie intake solid effort - PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:
30 mins (3x this week) needs hella improvement
*I definitely increased walks during work and took the stairs a few times...but never allocated time to actually workout soo..mmmm..it's more on the fail side #lesbihonest - Take body measurements fail
WEEK of 6/24 - 6/30 GOALS & Results
- WEIGHT: start hovering around 218-219bs weighed in at 219lbs
- DIET:
same as week before but adding on...much better effort! Mon- Fri Intermittent Fasting 3/5 days it was a valiant effort!
Mon- Fri Apple Cider Vinegar 4/5 days - PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: 30 mins (3x this week) 3/3 days
- Take body measurements fail
