Family Plans and Goals

Well hello there 2017 !!!We've been waiting for you..  I'm excited for a new year. 2016 was definitely a year of physical ( always ), spiritual, and emotional growth. We spent 2016 laying the ground work in many aspects of our lives; exploring and encouraging our children's interests and talents, getting our business closer to an automated system, and sacrificing a comfy paycheck now so that we can reap greater benefits in the future ( in other words...living the  broke az life ). It's been one of many many sacrifices as well as many blessings. We are definitely grateful for the journey we've been on but we're so excited for what will come this year. 2017- we reddeh.  New Year Resolutions In the past I've posted our resolutions...but the resolutions are still the same or at least similar.... and we know what we need to be doing spiritually, physically, mentally....its a never ending ongoing thing...but there are a few new ones that I'll mention. ...

New Years Festivities

Week of New Years  This is where we were really able to do things with the family since the kids and I had the whole week off!! Yay for breaks! MONDAY 12/26- Dad's 66 Birthday My parents aren't really big on birthdays or celebrations of any type. We had a cake at our Christmas to'ona'i so they didn't want to do anything else on Dad's actual birthday. Aljay did take Dad for a drive to Home Depot and to some possible areas where they might want to build or buy a house. We were all still so stuffed from Christmas dinner that we didn't really want to eat anything. We ended up eating leftovers and called it goods.  I need to be better at making birthday's more special even when people don't want to make a deal out of it. Candace is always so good at this. I need to jump on that train and get with the program. W EDNESDAY 12/28- To'ona'i with the Kakas Aunty Janeen and Uncle Milton officially made the move to Utah! We had dinner ...
