Friday 8/19/2016 We went to the kid's school open house and got to meet Mrs. Hawkes (Leila's 1st Grade teacher). She got to pick her desk and check out the classroom. We recognized  two other students in Leila's class from the class list- Brayvian and Stevee. I was happy Leila would at least see some familiar faces and Aljay was just happy that JT wasn't in her class LOL. I did see him go into the other 1st Grade class down the hall though hehe.  We didn't get to meet Sefa's teacher yet because he starts the Monday after Leila. He has to do kindergarten assessment on the day she starts school though. After his assessment they will let us know if he is in all-day kindergarten or half-day. We're praying for ALL DAY though. Oh man....Summer has been  soooooooeerrrr FUN!!!! LUNCH PLATE SALES and BBQs OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES FAMILY VISITS and REUNION BIRTHDAYS POPPING FIRE WORKS SMORES and CAMP FIRES SWIMMING and POOL PARTIES FESTIVALS/HOLIDAYS COMMUNITY EVENTS ROOCI GETTING INTO STORES JAYUS FASHION SHOW soooooooeerrrr much FUN!!!! And despite being super broke and always on the hustle to make ends meet... WE'VE LOVED OUR SUMMER!!!!
