Quick Health update
Here's a little progress report on my health journey. STATS Starting weight: 233 lbs (3/21/22) Weigh In: 222 lbs (4/9/22) A1C Check: 7.5 (2/28/22) AIC Check : 6.5 (4/26/22) Weight went down! A1C went down! Woohoo!!! Things that have been working Intermittent fasting (eating window from 12pm - 8pm). I typically fast 5-7 days out of the week. Keto/low carb I know restrictive diets statistically do not have long-lasting sustainability. However, the more I continue to learn, the better equipped I become for when I am finally at maintenance level. Tips I've learned that have also helped-- The order in which you eat food can affect your glucose spikes. Try to eat in this order-- greens/veggies, protein/fats, and then carbs last Apple cider vinegar helps with lowering glucos...
