Reflection - It's been a tough month to start. Lots of candy everywhere due to Halloween and Trunk-or-Treat. But I do feel better. Right now I know I'm not doing enough to actually lose weight, but the movement and mindfulness makes a difference. Even though some days feel tough, I feel motivated to keep going and keep pushing myself.
