HEALTH & FITNESS JOURNEY | Back at It

Yup. Hello again. 👀 No fluff, **I mean actually there is a bit of fluff hahaha but anywho** let's just jump in shall we? Starting weight :     230llbs (10/3/2021) Goal weight:          200lbs by January 2022 Motivation:              These two most recent pics-- Action Plan:            Health Journey | Oct 2021- Follow up Report Due Oct 31st [UPDATE] Weight: 229 lbs (11/4) Reflection - It's been a tough month to start. Lots of candy everywhere due to Halloween and Trunk-or-Treat. But I do feel better. Right now I know I'm not doing enough to actually lose weight, but the movement and mindfulness makes a difference. Even though some days feel tough, I feel motivated to keep going and keep pushing myself. 

OCTOBER | Goals

MON, OCT 4th    Started off the month with a wonderful recharge from General Conference!! Seriously General Conference is the best watch party ever! Never disappoints and I always feel recharged! And I've been slacking on my monthly goals. So here we are back at getting re-focused.  So here are the goals I have for myself this month---  Get back to my Health & Fitness Journey! *separate post for that  Get back to making monthly goals :) Here's what I want to complete for our home --  Reorganize the Pantry Seriously this is the one area in the house that is so hard to get started on! I like to have alll the things I need in place before I start, but I end up having to start and stop so many times! Anyways....it'll all work out. I just need to buckle down and do it!
