Happy 5th Birthday  Viiga Taagaomanusisina Fuimaono Born May 7, 2014 Five Facts About VIIGA He is the wild child but also says the sweetest and most thoughtful things every now and then. On average he can ask 4,874 questions a day.  He loves trucks, action figures, and all things that cause an adrenaline rush.  He taught himself how to ride a bike when he was 3 and will end up BMX riding one day lol.  One of his spiritual gifts is his ability to make friends wherever he goes.  We started his birthday celebration with a movie. We thought End Game would be too long for the little ones so we took them to see Dumbo. Afterwards he asked for a McDonald's lunch lol. Way to keep it simple Viiga. Then we went home and got ready for his birthday dinner. Saleima cracks me up in this pic. I was super uber duper proud of myself for stepping up my cake game. (yes we're making this about me...but just for a little bit). Anyone who knows m...

Iafeta's Day Trip Album We started the month with a visit from #teamAZ aka the Iafeta's! It was so fun surprising the kids and letting them know that their cousins were going to be there for a day. It was so short but so sweet. The kids definitely wished they lived closer to their cousins. They had a blast! General Conference General conference is always good! And like most people, we watched with anticipation for any new changes. Sure enough there weren't any ahhahahaha. There was one announcement that did bring me to tears-- the announcement of a temple in AMERICAN SAMOA!!! Yes, I did cry. It sparked the conversation of possibly moving back to American Samoa to help my parents with the house and to help take care of them. So yeah...we talked about it and are looking at possibly moving back in 3-5 years. For how long? Not sure. There are things we need to do here first before we can make the jump...but slowly and surely things are falling into place. Box Car De...

I'm way behind and have a bit of catching up to do...but so far...here's our March madness :) March 8th - Diversity In Leadership Conference At work I do two conferences a year and this academic year has by far been the best year. I'm grateful for the job I have and the opportunity to work with some awesome people. March 9th- Chelsea's Life Celebration We were heartbroken to hear of Chelsea's passing, especially for Devin and Ellie girl. We knew Chelsea because of Devin, but we didn't realize how little we actually knew about her life's work until we attended her funeral service. It was inspiring and humbling to hear about all the service she did in her community. She did more in her short life than some people do in an entire lifetime.  The one thing we did know for sure was that she was an amazing Wife and Mother. She loved Devin and Ellie fiercely and took advantage of every opportunity to love and care for them. Her faith and obedience will...
