WEEK 1 M 02/27 Aljay[gym] T 02/28 Sandra [30 mins elliptical] W 03/1 Sandra [home workout w/Sefa, 25 min low impact cardio] Aljay[gym] Th 03/2 F 03/3 S 03/4 Sandra [15min low intensity cardio] Challenges: Time! This week my schedule was really wonky. Aljay also started downstairs bathroom renovations on Thursday..like 3am Thursday Which means we tried not to cook anything in the kitchen because Aljay had the miter saw and all his tools set up in the kitchen and dining area. But on the bright side....our main floor bathroom is done! Now we just need decor! Feeling accomplished! And flabby....but at least we hitting other goals :) Diet! It's been rough.
